Shoson (Koson) OHARA (1877 – 1945) Cockatoo and Pomegranate, Sight impression measures 13 5/8" x 9 1/4" framed size 14 7/8" x 13 7/8". I have examined this out of the frame, it is laid down on board and there are no apparent printers signatures on the edges. There is a chop mark in red lower extreem edge, I do not know the origin of this mark, however the edition in the Museum of New Zealand has the identical mark.. Rich impression with prominent embossing on the Cockatoo.
